The trouble with full time cooking

is that you often get home and don't want to cook anything else.
I really wanted navarattan korma, saag paneer, and tandoori chicken, with all the trimmings. And a salted lassi.
What we have in the freezer is mostly whole chickens. Nope.
Went to the store. One package of boneless chicken tenders, one box of imported Indian basmati pilaf, and one box of frozen creamed spinach. I mixed yogurt and Madras curry powder and baked the chicken in it.
It was OK.
*whines for samosas and gulab jamun*
