My hair always looks black when it's wet
Jan. 12th, 2005 06:29 pmSo I don't know if it's going to actually truly look black when it dries, or if the wussy "washes out in 6-12 shampoos" formula I used failed to take, or what.
It does look less red.
See, I had to get two inches cut off it last week because the ends were all dead and frizzled. This made my hair Exactly The Wrong Length. Stubby pony tail, and while it can be coiled into a bun, it's now springy enough that it throws off the damned hairpin. It just brushes my shoulders, and it has a lot of sideways.
So I figured a different hair color would distract me from how much of an unruly mop it was. And I decided that since I'd never been brave enough to do black hair before, that now was probably the time.
I wasn't completely brave, so I went for the formula that claims to wash out.
Well, if I hate it, at least I have a new Happy Bunny bandana that says "butts cheerfully kicked."
