Boots: 1 Riki's Foot: 0
Jan. 10th, 2005 06:52 pmOkay. So I bought my lovely, spiffy Double-H "jump boots," with the police/fire/EMS sole and the zipper down the side and the buckle across the ankle, and they are a joy to behold.
They are not yet a joy to wear.
The right boot is not bad. Kinda stiff, but getting more flex each time I wear it, and not causing me any discomfort.
The left boot is nearly impossible. It doesn't seem to have ANY flex in it across the instep. I can't walk normally with it on. It kinda hurts. Taking it off just now REALLY hurt.
How the hell do I break these things in so that they conform to my FEET and not the other way around?
juseppi, I'll ask you in person tonight, but anyone else with words of advice would also be welcome.
