Life, the universe, and muffins

So our current intern at work is leaving at the end of this week because he's starting his REAL internship with the Ritz-Carlton in Florida.

And my boss didn't like any of the new candidates from the cooking school I went to.

So I'm going to be taking on lunch prep duties as well as my breakfast baking.

Which means nearly full time hours.

I foresee a lot less time spent in front of this silly box.
