And another Monday survived

rikibethWe're tenderizing the Wellington bites with one of those multi-bladed poking things now. Poink poink poink. oddly satisfying.
The freezer is STILL all clogged up with two Lexans of slider buns. Freezer Tetris = pain in the ASS, with extra pieces. And I am growing to hate the onion rings, since we have to take the boxes out of the case to make them fit. Twelve boxes per case.
I'm scheduled for five days this week, not four! Yay!
This morning was an album morning. I decided I needed to listen to Assemblage 23.
And Helbreth did the romaine. I got to do the apple pies. With MY rolling pin.
