Enh. Someone sent me an invite to join Twitter, with promises of a message just for me. This was not the Twitter user's fault, as Twitter apparently has a form letter that it sends for all invites.
I joined, saw that the most recent Twitter Tweet was not for me, and haven't used it since.
I've received a few email notices that some more of my friends are "following" me, which is sweet.
