You are in a mall when the zombies attack. You have:
1. one weapon.
2. one song blasting on the speakers.
3. one famous person to fight alongside you.

Weapon can be real or fictional, you may assume endless ammo if applicable. Person can be real or fictional.

1. Flamethrower
2. "This Corrosion"
3. The Hero Of Canton, The Man They Call Jayne

It HAS to be "This Corrosion," because it gives me a nice long run at them, plus it's all Jim Steinman overproduction, which we all know favors the heroes.

1. Flamethrower.
2. "Vision Thing". I love "This Corrosion", but "Vision Thing" is meaner.
3. Ace McShane from Doctor Who. About whom some brilliant person has written some adorable crossover fic shipping her with Jayne. They both love the 'splody, those two.

I have an awesome story about Michaele the CrazyBoss and the song "Vision Thing." However, I think I might have a problem with it for fighting soundtrack, because it's about a zillion BPM and I might keel over. Also, not produced by Jim Steinman.

I almost said Aragorn which leads to the interesting question of whether a ghost army can defeat a pack of zombies.

Would that be "More Human Than Human" by White Zombie?

Oh, that'd be perfect.

Have I ever talked about the LARP where a Toreador poseur did a lounge singing version of "This Corrosion"?

Forgive ultimate nerdiness, whereby I do not properly know the title of my song, but here goes:

1. Flamethrower--seems prudent
2. "Another One Bites the Dust" by Queen
3. Temeraire the dragon from the books by Naomi Novik. (Don't argue that he's not a person, the whole theme of the books is "Dragons are People, Too!") Because anyone who can combine natural flamethrower abilities plus flight has got be good in a Zombie fight, right?

Well, you *are* positing this is in a mall, so I'll have to politely disagree with the popular weapon of choice so far; flamethrowers are, to my mind at least, an outdoor toy.

1. Tachi
2. Stravinsky's Violin Concerto in D
3. Léon (Jean Reno in Besson's The Professional)

Runner-up (so many choices...)
1. Machetes, Florentine
2. Shaft, Mucho Mambo (Sway)
3. Wai Lin (Michelle Yeoh in the Bond flick "Tomorrow Never Dies")

Just Silly
1. everything in a housewares deparmtent
2. Tom Jones, Everybody Was Kung Fu fighting
3. Jackie Chan
From: [identity profile] shadowflyer.livejournal.com
Naaaah, if you've got Jackie Chan the song's got to be ZZ Top, "La Grange." :-P

1. It sure would be nice if we had some GRENADES right now!
2. Ride of the Valkyries. Because, well, "Apocalypse Now." Srsly.
3. In that complex environment you want firepower, guts and braaaaains. Take Zoe over Jayne, definitely.

And yeah, Reavers are pretty much zombies on speed.
