Happy Spring Training Day, everyone!
Feb. 14th, 2008 06:34 pmOh, yeah. And that Valentine's thing too!
Whether you're partnered or single, a Sox fan or even (*gasp*) a Yankees fan, or whether, in the words of Facebook, "it's complicated," I hope your day has been filled with things that make you happy.
Me?
I brought home CUPCAKES. Chocolate ones. With vanilla buttercream icing and red sugar hearts. Drawing them on with an icing bag full of sugar works better than using the cookie cutter as a stencil, I learned.
I had to learn because yesterday's batch? Sold out! So I had to make more today.
That's my answer to Valentine's Day. Cupcakes!
