List the first 50 acts that come into your head. An act you saw at a festival and opening acts count, but only if you can't think of 50 other artists.

I misread the instructions, so my list is going to be longer than 50. I put opening bands that I wouldn't have cared about seeing otherwise in parentheses; there are plenty of opening bands I've since gone to see as headliners, and a couple of times I've gone to see an "opener" and left before the headliner. And I'm counting festival bands because the band lineup is what determines whether I go to a festival.
