Errands and things

I woke up at 5:30 this morning, convinced I was late for work and in big trouble. Then I realized it was Saturday.

I have to go to the bank to get money for pixel who is fixing the brakes on my Volvo. I let them go too long, ick. New rotors and pads, front and back both.

I also have to go to Target to exchange some longjohns that my mother bought for melovechocolate. They were objectionably girly in Her Highness's eyes. Obviously my mother should have checked the boys' department.

Tonight I'm going to the Webster. I was just going to go to the Shag Frenzy afterparty, but tragic_tea said she had an extra ticket for Hot Hot Heat, and will let me have it inexpensively, so I get to see the concert too. Anyone else going?

Movie Therapy night at tragic_tea's was also good. And truffle cake.

I should probably also stop by Libby's and bring her her clothes back. Much as I want to keep the Bauhaus shirt, I know she'd kill me.

Just another weekend.

Oog. Brakes. Volvos. My beloved 240 wagon, the end was heralded by the brake master cylinder going out... Hope yours gets all fixed up nice.
