A good news, bad news sort of day

rikibethThe good news is I got hired, for a new job with excellent hours and benefits I can sign up for right away.
The bad news is that half the ceiling of the second floor bathroom just collapsed, not half an hour after we first noticed a leak and shut off the water to the third floor toilet.
