rikibethI just put the last load of my daughter's laundry in the wash.
When it's dry, practically everything she owns will be clean. As I fold stuff out of the dryer, I am sorting out all of the stuff that's too small. All of the stuff that fits the school dress code will go to the school Swap Shop. All the other too-small stuff will go to the thrift store, except for a couple of pieces that Charlotte feels sentimental enough about to want to pass down to her cousin.
MAYBE I will get everything settled back in her closet and dresser in time for the onslaught of New School Clothes that my mother has bought for her.
