Rest in peace, Kragar.
Aug. 28th, 2004 10:15 pmWe went to give him his second dose of antibiotics this evening.
He'd seized again.
I decided to stay with him, on my lap, in the toy room where we'd been keeping him so we could find him to medicate him.
After a while, he started making gasping, coughing breaths, as if he were trying to hack up a hairball.
And he was drooling again.
I called in <lj user="shadowflyer" to see what he thought. He didn't know either. Then Kragar's bladder cut loose. On me. And he went limp. No heartbeat. No breathing. Goodbye, Kragar. You will be missed.

Date: 2004-08-28 07:26 pm (UTC)I'm so very, very sorry about your baby kitty. I know how much you loved him. I'm so glad he was in a safe place at home and with you when he passed over.
Lots of hugs and cuddlesome thoughts. If either of you needs anything, email me.
::hugs::
