This is a small-scale version, because gehayi is mobility-impaired & can't do a lot of the heavier parts of this herself, & goal #1 is to get the upper bedrooms emptied to a point where my current housemate & I can move into them, thus lowering expenses for all of us, and goal #2 is to get the house ready to put on the market, once Project Find A Job In Boston is further along, because I've wanted to move back for about twenty years, and moving as a household with the ability to buy a house would ALSO make the whole deal more manageable.
