Date: 2010-12-07 01:19 am (UTC)- I've gone from 30 minutes on the treadmill at 2.5 MPH to a full hour at 3.5;
- On the abdominal machine, I've doubled my reps from 25 to 50, and doubled the weight I'm pressing from 50 to 100 pounds; and
- I'm 13 pounds lighter!
What I'm trying to say is: if you're working toward 100 push-ups, by all means keep it up! Eventually, you'll get there.
