Yep, stop someplace before you get to the park. The coffee is lousy at Disney, I ended up mixing a coffee with a hot chocolate to make it palatable.

We're staying at Pop Century, there's no "before you get to the park." The current state of my addiction is "two diner cups or one large mug AT BREAKFAST," so I'm going to pick up Folger's coffee bags when I go grocery shopping today. Yeah, not great, but better than instant, and better than dealing with the hassle of having to put my Melitta cup-top brewer back in the room after breakfast and before we leave.
