Very important thing to remember: if it looks like I'm going to be there past 4 or 4:30, take a BREAK at 3:30 or so, because if it's 5:30 by the time I'm done, the line is TOO BUSY to make me a delicious burger. Which is very bad when all I've eaten all day was a single meatball (quality control!), about an ounce of diced chicken (had that much left over after portioning) and a couple of cake scraps.

They took pity on me and made me a grilled-cheese-and-tomato and a little side salad, which is maybe a 45-second job. But it was NOT a burger.

Also, I hate prepping romaine lettuce.

Other than that, it was a good day.
