Done now. Back to unpacking.

Went to the Midnight Madness last night. Or, more accurately, showed up after eternaleponine got off work, picked up our wristbands, sloped off for dinner at China Pan, and then went back to join the festivities.

You can't really see it, but she'd used iron-on letters to make a Weird Sisters T-shirt, along with her hair and wand and an emergency black bathrobe picked up at the Salvation Army because her Halloween Tonks robes from a few years back? Are knee-length now.

Borders made their money off of me during the wait. Three books (the new Emma Bull, a replacement copy of Cordelia's Honor because I dropped mine in the bath, and Virgin: The Untouched History) and a coffee drink.

I didn't start it before I slept. I started it at 9:30 AM after we'd dropped the rental car back at Enterprise (made scheduling repairs easier) and had picked up bagels and coffee.

I was done by 2 PM.

Have had nice chats with several friends about it.

After I finish my sandwich, it's back to unpacking for me.
