eternaleponine and I rented "Stage Beauty" last night. My first choice, "Mrs. Parker and the Vicious Circle," was not available at Hollywood Video.

I wasn't able to sit through it more than halfway. Not through any fault of the movie itself.

No. It's just that ellen_kushner mentioned, after watching it, that Billy Crudup was her visual ideal for Richard St. Vier, and I kept wanting the movie to turn into "Swordspoint," and it kept not happening.
