Achy and queasy but food stays down, chills but no fever, and no respiratory symptoms, but dizziness and some sensation of blockage in the ears.
I knew it was bad when I couldn't face loud fast music at work today. Saturday, I was blasting "Lust for Life" at 5:30 AM, which almost replaces caffeine; today, it was the Immortal Beloved mix, the Cure, and Sarah MacLachlan.
Two doses of Excedrin failed to touch the headache.

shadowflyer to take the bus into the center so he could drive me home -- I did not feel well enough to drive.
I slept most of the afternoon.
This officially sucks.
gem225, I got your mix CDs today. Apart from my surprise at no "Dirty Water" on the Red Sox victory mix, they look terrific, and if I can bear sound tomorrow I'll give them a listen -- thanks.
I'm going to read through my friendslist and go back to bed.

Date: 2004-11-08 08:01 pm (UTC)I got the bandana and mix CD. You rock. Happy Happy Joy Joy will be on its way back to you when I've got time to organize the tracks onto CDs. (It's about 125 tracks long on my iPod, which means I need to make some choices before burning your CDs.)
