9 hours Monday.

9.5 Wednesday.

11.5 Thursday -- and dead tired because I had stayed up to watch the Red Sox.

12 yesterday, catching up on things that would have happened Thursday if not for the catering order.

6 today. Including brownies that should have happened yesterday but I had too much catching up to do.

That's 3 extra hours over the "ideal," and there was a HUGE catering order in there.

And I had a Saturday without a crisis.

And the boss has said it's OK to drink a beer on the clock. And has said she'll buy some for dual-purpose cooking AND drinking.
