Long long weekend.

shadowflyer's parents have adopted Harley. Kragar has spent the weekend under observation and getting treatment for malnuttrition and ear infection at the vet's and will come home tomorrow if he's sufficiently improved. I feel so TERRIBLE about not noticing earlier about how much he was hiding and not taking action earlier. But he will come home, to a house without the girl kitty, and I will spoil him rotten, my sweetie cat.
Weekend was fun. Houseguests, old friends. Go look onshadowflyer's journal for details, I'm too fried.
And my friendslist was at skip=600 after logging off Friday around 5 PM and not checking again until today around 6 PM.
I promise to look at thevia_serpens related stuff more tomorrow, when I have the day off.

“Shut up,” she growls back at him. There’s a pause, and he waits for it. She doesn’t disappoint him, because she never does. “And don’t call me Nymphadora! The name is Tonks!”
He grins unrepentantly at her and she breaks a dish in embarrassment. It’s what they do in the morning. It’s clean, comforting and never confusing.
It’s not love, but it’s nice. And he wouldn’t trade this life with Tonks for a hundred dead lovers.
