Census job over. They only kept 10 people on for the final phase - out of at least 20 crew leaders, each with a crew of up to 5 people - and I wasn't one of them. So it goes.

So I'm back to job hunting. And I need to find something sooner, not later.

I foresee a lot of quality time spent with careerbuilder and craigslist. And quite possibly retail, if I don't get something better soon.

I tell everyone to watch out for the scam job apps, but I think you have a firm grasp of what to watch out for.

Also, there's a couple links you'll see, "relevance" and "date", choose the date link to get the freshest job postings at the top.

Moderate good news -- I have a job interview next Wednesday, for a Monday-Friday corporate foodservice job! Back to checks and Doc Martens, and possibly with benefits, if I get hired. Cross your fingers!
