Have you tried the hairspray trick with the ballpoint ink?

Hairspray works because of the alcohol -- think I'll try straight isopropyl instead, if I get inspired. It's not coming off on anything, at least.

My husband loves playing with solvents! So yeah, see if the isopropyl works. Good luck!
