This seems to be going round. I've not had any trouble myself, but a couple of folk on my flist have said they weren't able to put up more than a sentence or two as either post or comment.
Seems there was a massive DDoS resulting in some Russian political communities being suspended to ease the incoming traffic's load on servers. Ripple effect from Putin's 1337 h4xx0rz on Estonia? Maybe...
