one step closer

's loan just got approved. She still has to get homeowners insurance, and whatever all else there are for final steps (occupancy inspection maybe? it's been 11 years, I forget what was required) but we should definitely close by the end of the month.

And the lease is signed at the new place, and eternaleponine and I got in and measured the rooms, so we can work out what furniture is going to fit, and we've got the pet deposit down, and not only is my cat Khaavren fine, the neighbors have a chocolate lab, so there will be no problem with eternaleponine getting a Fidelco guide dog puppy to train if she gets approved for that.

Moving weekend will be July 7-8. Help will be cheerfully welcomed, and plied with beer, pizza, soda, and the chance to claim things we're discarding.
