And on the employment front
May. 9th, 2005 09:03 pmTrial shift tomorrow at the artisan bakery -- I'll go in at 9 PM.
Must call back the corporate foodservice place, as they must have called while I was out having lunch with
ghilledhu and driving her to her train in New Haven. Them calling is a good sign.
Neither of these jobs are in the bag, but it's looking good.
So torn. Wonderful breads and terrible hours, or excellent hours and ordinary food?
Am trying to suppress a lunatic part of my brain that says I should try to do both, and sleep from 3-8PM, and have no life whatsoever, just to put us in a better financial position.
In other news, my 20-eyelet Docs arrived today. Mmm, stompyboots.
Time to find some comfort reading and curl up in bed, I think.
